Because all orders are hand poured at the time of purchase, please allow 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to process and ship your order.

If any part of your order arrives broken, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at customerservice [at] goodstinks [dot] com. Be sure to save all packaging materials that arrived with your order.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to email Good Stinks with any return requests. Please state the reason you are requesting a return in your email to us. Returns are charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
